1 Double Bedroom in cozy house, N17 - 6 week lease

1 double bedroom available in a cozy house in N17. I’m away with work for 6 weeks from 5th January - 16th February 2025, so welcome to a young professional to fill this space!

The house is in a great location for public transport into central London, with only a 5-min walk to Bruce Grove Park overground station and just under 15-min walk to both Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters. We’re also on Cycleway 1 into central London and have a bike shed if that’s more your thing!

The house is open and cozy with lots of space to relax. We have some desks downstairs if you work from home and a large living area that we share.

My two flatmates work in hospitality and behavioural therapy. They are often out of the house for work but like to be social when back at the house. Both respect their own space, but it’s a plus if you like to chat wind down in the evening as a house.

As previously said, the room is available from 5th January to 16th February, for £1500 all in with bills included (£250pw). Ideally looking for someone who can the lump sum at the ahead of moving in, but happy to have a chat about that and go through bills and rent if needs be!
