Looking to sublet a room in our 5-bed house in Seven Sisters, London, with a sunroom and garden🌻🌻 Available from 4 January 2025. This is a 2 month sublet as the contract ends on the 4th of March.

Walking distance from both underground (11 min to Victoria line, Seven Sisters) and overground stations (8 min to Bruce Grove). Other services within walking distance:

Bus routes 259, 341, 41, 203, 276, 149 (4 mins)
Supermarkets: Tesco, Aldi & Sainsbury (8/ 10 mins); other local supermarkets within a 5 min reach.
The rent is £550+ bills (around a maximum of £70pcm).

THE ROOMS:

Two stories house, and all rooms have big windows so filled with natural light and provides a good space if you need to work from home. The rooms come furnished with a bed, wardrobe + chest of drawers, bookshelf and desks!! The house was renovated quite recently, so everything is well-kept and clean. The house is large and well-kept, located on a quiet residential street. Distributed on two floors with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms + bathroom on the first. Large kitchen (with dishwasher!!), lovely sunroom with couch, small extra toilet and garden are on the ground floor too. Everyone contributes to keeping the space clean , there is a weekly cleaning rota. The vibe in the house is friendly and would be perfect for someone who values making the most out of their living situation even if for a short time.
