The House

A spacious double bed room fully furnished with a built in wardrobe bed and chest of drawers

You will be sharing with two other people who are working professionals two female professionals.

There is a large kitchen with a communal seating area so you don’t have to have your guests in your room if you don’t want to

The rent is £550 a month but this includes ALL bills.

The area
The property is situated in the vibrant area of Tottenham and is close to loads of amenities. It’s a 15 minute walk to both Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale, and less than a 5 minute walk to Bruce Grove which goes direct to Liverpool street in 20 minutes. There are also 5 different buses that go to Seven Sisters and two 24 hour buses that run along the route which take about 5 minutes. Door to door to central London is approximately 30 minutes. There is direct access to Shorditch for the cool hangout via a 149 bus (24 hours).
There is an Easy Gym across the road, super markets which are very short walking distances.

The Person
We are look for preferable a professional who is clean. The house looks like the pictures every week lol.
