Very Large room in Victorian house

One very spacious bedroom/living room in a comfortable Victorian house in Tottenham, 5min walk to overground, 15min walk to Seven Sisters underground. Plenty of shops nearby.

The room to rent is made of two large rooms that are bigger than a lot of flats. It has a large bay window (overlooking the grounds of the beautiful alms houses opposite) so is full of daylight (but also has black out blinds!) It has a large Victorian fireplace and many period features. The room includes a double bed two sofas and a chair and has a lot of storage space. There is a toilet next to the room that is only really used by the person living in this room.

The house has a large kitchen/living room with French doors opening on to a good sized garden with raised beds where we grow vegetables. The kitchen has a range cooker and washer/dryer. There are two bathrooms, one with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and the other is a separate downstairs toilet/washroom.

The room is £1150 PCM available from the 20th of January.

This is a shared house with myself and two other women in their 20's Ester and Eve.

I’m a self employed furniture maker/fine art handler, with previous careers as a chef and a session musician. I’m easy-going and sociable, and I have a very busy life so am out a lot. When I get the chance I like to relax, read, eat, drink and sleep (the usual!) I’m looking for housemates who have a similar balance to life, who want to come back to a calm, tidy and quiet home. I am a live-in landlord, so the house is well kept and maintained.
