I’m looking for a friendly housemate for my very large 3 bed house in Tottenham. The room is much bigger than the average and is newly furnished! You will be sharing with one other lovely person. This is what you’ll get:

- Extra large double room that’s fully furnished (brand new double mattress and bed frame, wardrobe, drawers and mirror) only for your use.
- A very large bathroom that has shower and bathtub, a modern kitchen with all white goods included and a communal living room that has dining table and chairs (so you can enjoy dinner). Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces but are always kept super clean and hygienic.
- You’ll also have access to my large garden with loads of space to soak in the sun (sun isn’t guaranteed because it’s the UK).
- Your own private parking space in my spacious front of house driveway.
- ALL BILLS INCLUDED

What’s near my home:
- Meridian water station is 7 min walk
- Northumberland Park station is 10 min walk
- Silver Street station is 10 min walk
All three stations allow you to go into Central London in 20 mins and even Stansted airport in 30 mins!
- Bus stop in front of house with buses that go pretty much to everywhere
- Drumshed, new Meridian Water development, big Tesco and Tottenham Hotspur stadium are all 5 mins away.

I’m looking for a like minded person who works hard and just wants a comfortable, clean space to relax and enjoy life. It’s a quiet and spacious house so you’ll have no problems sleeping around shifts and having your own space. I travel for work so hardly at home as well.
