Looking for a 28+ queer/queer friendly flatmate in Tottenham (£800pm all in)

Hi everyone! We’re Janak (they/them) and Morgan (he/him) - partners - and on the search for an amazing flatmate for our small but gorgeous two bed maisonette in Tottenham!
Quietly located on Spencer Road, N179UX, the room is available until July 2026. Your room is a spacious double room and the room will come with a bed and wardrobe.
The flat has its own front door, a set of stairs lead up to the first floor which has an open plan kitchen/living room and upstairs has the two bedrooms and bathroom.
An amazing location. Tottenham Hale - 15 mins walk, Bruce Grove - 7 mins walk, White Hart lane - 10 mins walk. There’s a gym and Aldi literally 5 minute walk away from the flat too!

The room is £800pm which is inclusive of all bills. Deposit is £800. Tenancy starts 1st September. The room will be based on a lodgers agreement. This flat is available for 10 months - unfortunately there is no possibility of extending.

For accessibility - 12 stairs lead to the living area and another 12 stairs lead to the bedrooms and bathroom.

A little about us -
Janak (they/them) - an actor/model as well as a qualified optician. Very much into the gym, fitness and wellness! Love nothing more than relaxing by cooking (the kitchen has every single appliance you could ever need including a delonghi coffee machine and air fryer… oh and a DISHWASHER) Genetically predisposed to love oud and incense - the flat smells amazing.

Morgan (he/him)- performer, amazing cook and loves long walks. Is out most evenings for work, but a very chilled individual who also loves to cook with the occasional PlayStation round dotted in. Has no sense of smell so trusts Janak that the flat smells amazing.

Unfortunately - no pets, benefits or smokers - vaping is allowed, Janak is a vaper.
