Two large double rooms available in a terrace house, on a tree lined residential street.

Room 1
A spacious upstairs room that offers an EU king size bed, 2 wardrobes, a projector screen (shelf above bed for own projector), bedside table & sideboard.

Room 2
A spacious downstairs room that offers a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, sofa & sideboard.

Communal Spaces

Kitchen
A shared modern kitchen, with gas hob. It’s a great place to cook, chat and chill, with a bench to hang out on and all the essentials - a washing machine, dishwasher, sink (overlooking the garden) and a large fridge-freezer just outside kitchen door.

Living/Dining Room
A fairy lit dining room, divided by a long cabinet that separates the room and provides a cosy snug living room on the other side. French doors, lead out to a patio and the wider garden.

Garden
Patio with table, chairs, shed and toilet. The garden has a number of plants, greenery and more seating and eating spaces. Lovely in the evening when the solar fairy lights are activated.

Bathrooms
The large bathroom (shared) is next to the upstairs bedroom and features a bath, separate shower and toilet. There is a second toilet and sink to the side of the patio.

Transport
Three minute walk to bus stops, with three different bus routes: 243, 123, 318. They take you directly to the nearest underground stations: Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale, Wood Green & Turnpike Lane. Plus it’s a 10-15 min walk to Bruce Grove overground - 25 mins to Liverpool Street.

Local Area
It’s just a short walk to a range of local shops and a newly refurbished pub, The Elmhurst. There is quite a lot of green space within walking distance - Bruce Castle Museum and Park (5 mins), Lordship Rec (5 mins) and Tower Gardens Park (2 mins), which is directly behind the garden.
