2 Rooms in a big shared home with a large garden

We have two rooms available in our lovely big shared house — ideal for one person or a couple who want extra space, or for two friends who want to live together.

About the House:
✨ Very spacious and comfortable, with:

A large fully equipped kitchen (there's even a dryer :))

A huge separate living room

A big sunny garden – great for relaxing or BBQs

Total of 6 housemates when full (you’d be the 5th and 6th)

You’ll be sharing with 4 friendly professionals: a couple (one Italian, one Bulgarian) and two Spanish friends. We all get along well and keep the house tidy and sociable.

Available Rooms: (both garden side, so bright and quiet)

🛏️ Single Room – bright, cozy, perfect as a bedroom or office

🛏️ Double Room – bright, spacious and comfy

We’re flexible:

The two rooms can go together (ideal for a couple or someone wanting a bedroom + study/storage), or separately to two individuals.

Since the house is licensed for 6 people, a couple would need to rent both rooms.

Friendly, respectful, clean people who enjoy a relaxed home atmosphere. 😊

Bills included (occasionally, about twice a year, we might need to add a small extra amount to cover any shortfall).
