Flexible Sublet in Cosy Room with Private Garden

Hello! I’m subletting my lovely little room in a quiet, leafy corner of Tottenham as I'm now living abroad.

• Available from 1 May 2026
• Minimum 6 months (no maximum)
• 2-bedroom flat (1 housemate)
• £650pcm rent (bills included)
• £750 deposit

You're probably wondering why the rent is so low! It would be £800, but I'm contributing £150/month — for two reasons:

1. When I'm in London (every 3-6 months), I'll sleep in the living room. This would only be for about 2 weeks every few months and I'll always give 1 month notice.

2. This has been my home for 5 years and contains lots of my things (furniture, belongings, etc.). This takes up a lot of space in the shared areas. (But on the plus side, it feels like a proper home!)

Danny, who you’ll be living with, is 28, works at a Premier League football club and loves hiking. You'll also be living with Jaffa – his super-friendly Norwegian Forest Cat 🐈

🏠 About the space

The bedroom opens onto the garden, which has a private area near the bedroom door. The garden is cosy and secluded. The bed is a futon sofa bed which is easy to use. The bedroom is furnished, but you’re welcome to rearrange it however you like (removing/changing things, etc.) — just let me know of any changes you want to make. There's extra storage and clothes space in the hallway cupboard.

Both the bedroom and living room are lovely and bright during the day.

The living room has:

🔊 Quality hi-fi sound system (for music and films)
🎶 Listening turntable (and record collection)
🪴 Some house plants
🍽 Good size dining table

The kitchen has a good fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine and clothes rails and one shared bathroom, with a good shower and bath.

Please use the space as if it’s your own!

📍 About the area

It’s a residential pocket of Tottenham next to two great parks with lovely cafes, woods, water and wildlife. Real community vibe. Less than 15m walk to Seven Sisters, which is well connected with Victoria line and overground.

Across the road there's a little speakeasy-type cocktail bar and restaurant that does open mic nights, quiz nights, etc. There are nice pubs in the area (e. g. The Palm and True Craft) the best Turkish food in the country is nearby (Green Lanes).
