Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the end of Jan (slight flex available if needed) I've lived here for nearly 4 years and it's been fantastic. The room is huge with an en suite the flat itself is really spacious and comes with everything you need! The room is on the top floor so feels extra private and like your own space! Transport links are amazing. The house itself is situated right outside a bus stop which takes you straight to Seven Sisters for the brilliant Victoria Line. Northumberland Park Station is a 10 minute walk away with direct links to Stratford. Bruce grove is 14 min walk away with direct links to London Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale station is 20 Minute walk away. Current housemate is a 22 year old working professional looking for someone polite friendly and clean!
