• Fully furnished (furniture can be removed if needed)
• Plenty of space – clothing racks included, or wardrobes can be arranged with the landlord
• Super comfortable and easy to make your own

💷 Rent
• £950 pcm for a single occupant
• £1,100 pcm for a couple
• Bills normally around £150 each roughly (for the 3 of us) so will fluctuate depending on whether it’s 1 person or 2 moving in :)

I’m 28, female, and work as a Digital Marketing Manager. I’m pretty chill and easy-going, tidy, and enjoy cooking, concerts, hanging out with friends, and anything hip-hop & R&B. I like a friendly, respectful home vibe rather than a party house.

I’m open to living with anyone, but just to be clear: racism, misogyny, homophobia, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated in our home.
