Double Room in North London friendly house share

We have a double room available in our our cosy house share in Tottenham, 5 rooms split over 3 floors. £675 including all bills and a cleaner twice a month.
Available 23rd January.

We are looking for a professional or working person aged 25+ who is experienced with house sharing etiquette (clean, tidy etc) but who can also add to our current vibe. We’re really looking for someone to be more than just a housemate who’s keen on hanging out with us, going to pubs or any kind of fun activities that we can all enjoy together.

The room is a nice double room on the second floor, furnished with a lovely window facing the garden. We share a large kitchen and lounge for hanging out, with two bathrooms which you’ll never be queuing to use. The house gets lots of natural light too!

About us:

Helena- 28
I’m from Portugal and I’ve been living in this house for almost 4 years! I work as a support worker in East London. I really enjoy sports (running, tennis, yoga). I also love reading and walks in the park. I love travelling and exploring nice new spots in London xx
note - Helena is currently adventuring in Southeast Asia so the lovely Lauren is subletting her room until end of January.

Moved in just before Christmas and our latest friendly addition to the house! French teacher, creative freelancer, amazing tiramisu maker.

Hannah - 32
Hey, I’m a kiwi who moved in this summer, really enjoying the house - we get along for an occasional drink but have our own things going on. I work for a consultancy in aviation space, in summer I love getting outdoors or for a European getaway. Come winter you’ll find me on the couch or (optimistically) trying to complete a yet to be done New Year’s resolution of running 10k 😊

Dom- the elder of the house. Polish guy, working as a postie, super efficient when anything breaks in the house. Knows how to get the job done.

About the neighbourhood:
The house is in a nice residential neighbourhood, with the closest stations being Seven Sisters/Bruce Grove/Turnpike Lane (with an equal walking distance).

We have loads of 24 hour off licence shops and a big Tesco within 10min walk.

There are also some great coffee shops nearby as well as small plates/restaurants and the best pizza in North London.
There are 2 big parks close by for morning walks and loads of direct buses into East/Central London.

Admin:
> Room comes furnished (bed, folding desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table) except the cube drawers next to the bed.

> Deposit is one months' rent, 6 month contract then rolling with one month's notice.

> Landlord requires that the new housemate is a working professional with ability to provide evidence from employer.
