Single Room in Quiet Flat with Older Dog

The flat is a 10-min walk from Bruce Grove or an 18-min walk to Tottenham Hale both of which are one stop to Seven Sisters. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a small park. The area has lovely community-oriented pubs and activities.

Within the flat, there is a shared kitchen and living room. The living room will be used as my work-from-home office 2 days a week 9am-6pm. There is a nice-sized garden with chairs and anyone with a green thumb is welcome to contribute to it.

The room is 3m x 2.9m with a single bed, a small desk, and loads of in-built storage cupboards including wardrobes for hanging and a vanity. It has a large south-facing window with blackout curtains. The single bed could be swapped for a double if preferred.

I'm a professional working standard hours and commuting 3 days a week. I go out on weekends and am involved in hobbies like rollerskating, samba, and burner festivals. I have an elaborate 'craft corner' in the living room that I like to do small makery from. However, my home life revolves around my older and anxious Jack Russell dog.

This room is perfect for any animal-lover new to London or in school or working at a local vet. Its important that you be able to interact with the dog patiently, and be able to communicate schedules so that I know when the dog is alone. You won't have any responsibilities with the dog, but I'll have dog-sitters in when no one is home for long stretches.

Besides being an animal lover, I'm looking for some one who can bring a positive energy to the house. Communication is key in coordinating shower schedules, cleaning, and dog. But I'd also like some one I can enjoy the occasional chat with.
