Sunny double room in relaxed townhouse

I’ve got a sunny double room available in a calm, spacious whole townhouse in the Seven Sisters/Tottenham area.

This is a whole house (no upstairs or downstairs neighbours!) with a great shared living room, an open dining/kitchen area, and a huge garden with seating, BBQ and a back shed — ideal if you like having proper space rather than a cramped flat. The house is furnished throughout.

The available room is furnished and bright, with floorboards, a built-in wardrobe and a nice view over the garden.

You’ll be sharing with me: an Australian creative professional who’s lived in London for the past ten years. I’m a friendly, relaxed, tidy and respectful housemate - looking for the same really. I work at a large-ish health charity and enjoy the usual London things: gigs, pints, a bit of exercise here and there. I love cooking for people so living with me will definitely get you a meal or two!

This would suit someone who’s looking for a comfortable, easy home - somewhere you can switch off after work.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, considerate and fairly settled — not a party house, but friends and partners are obviously very welcome 😊

A few more things:
* lots of space for home working throughout the house
* 10–15 mins walk to Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line / Overground) and 10 mins walk to Bruce Grove station (Overground)
* some great nearby pubs, restaurants and green spaces
* if you stand in the garden you can sometimes very low key hear concerts at Finsbury park and Tottenham Stadium!
