-Room is unfurnished but I can provide a 3/4 size double bed and mattress if needed
-Huge open plan living/dining area with wood burner
-Fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Shared bathroom with washer/dryer. Garden with regular cat visitors
-I work in the loft room, although I rarely make noise after 6pm
-Sizeable attic that can be used for storage

-I’m friendly, tidy, easy-going and respectful of space and downtime. I enjoy being social although my partying days are behind me. I’m a music producer by trade.
-Looking for someone similar to share this great space with, who *does not* work from home.
-Happy for viewings in person or facetime

-10min walk to big tesco or sainsburys local.
-minutes from downhills park, lordship recreation ground
-opposite a lovely gastropub ‘the palm’.
