-Room is unfurnished but I can provide a 3/4 size double bed and mattress if needed
-Huge open plan living/dining area with wood burner
-Fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Shared bathroom with washer/dryer. Garden with regular cat visitors
-I work in the loft room, although I rarely make noise after 6pm
-Sizeable attic that can be used for storage

👤 About Me
-I’m friendly, tidy, easy-going and respectful of space and downtime. I enjoy being social although my partying days are behind me. I’m a music producer by trade.
-Looking for someone similar to share this great space with, who does not work from home. Always up for friendly chats and hangs when we’re both in, and there’s an awesome pub quiz at the local pub once a month!
-Happy for viewings in person or facetime

-minutes from downhills park, lordship recreation ground
-opposite a lovely gastropub ‘the palm’.
