Subletting Double Room - 3 Bed House w/ Garden

3 Bedroom house near Downhill Park. I am subletting my room for the month of February and potentially additional months while I am away. There are two other professionals who live here - friendly house vibe where you can either be social and go to the pub together or chill out in your room. We have a (very sweet) house cat as well. The room is large facing the road. It's a quiet street and less than a 15 min walk to Seven Sisters and then 7 mins to King's Cross and 12 mins to Oxford Circus. Or 5 mins on the bus to Tottenham Hale. We are near a big park, some nice cafes, pubs, and restaurants all within a 5 min walk.
