Room available in a 2bed flat with garden

Hi!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a 2-bed Victorian terrace flat, just a 2-minute walk from Bruce Grove station (Weaver line). I’ve been living here for almost two years and really love the place, my current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone great to take his room.

The room is a small double, comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe, and small desk. It’s nice and quiet, with a window overlooking the garden, and there’s extra storage space above the door. The price is all-inclusive at £924.99 per month (that’s £790 rent + £114.99 covering utilities, council tax, and £20 internet).

The flat was recently renovated and has double-glazed windows throughout. There’s additional storage under the stairs and in the garden shed. We also have a separate living room that opens out onto a private garden, perfect in the warmer months with seating, a fire pit, and space to potter about if you’re into plants.

There’s a new bathroom with a shower, a quiet and considerate upstairs neighbour, and a responsive landlord who’s quick to sort out any maintenance issues.

As the flat came unfurnished, I can offer my large wooden wardrobe for the room and potentially a double bed with storage (available to purchase from my current flatmate if you’re interested). The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

A bit about me: I’m 34, a creative, and have been living in London for about 15 years. I enjoy gardening, cycling, going to gigs and exhibitions, and generally making the most of the city. I respect personal space but also enjoy a good chat and the occasional shared meal. I’ll have friends over from time to time and I am always happy to widen the circle (not a party animal).

I’m looking for someone kind, considerate, and open-minded, ideally someone who might become a friend as well as a flatmate.
