Hiyaa I've got two sublets coming up in my 3 person houseshare. Rosebery Avenue, Tottenham, N17. It's a big lovely house, walking distance to Tottenham Hale station.

Room 1 (Jess):
- 833 per month (water, internet & council tax incl) - plus gas and elec
- medium sized spacious room
- comes with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelves
-cupboard for hanging clothes downstairs
-dates: May 13th (flexible) to the end of September, likely available long-term

Room 2 (Rory):
- 808 per month (water, internet & council tax incl) - plus gas and elec
- small double
- comes with double bed, wardrobe & desk
-includes a large balcony overlooking a park - mostly yours, housemates use occasionally
-dates: may 13th (flexible) to the end of September, with possibility of extension

The house:
- crazy huge! large living & dining room, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms and our own baby grand piano
- garden with seating area, shrubs and sparrows, nice in the summer
- well maintained (we have a cleaning rota)
- plenty of storage space for bikes & bits of furniture you may have in the front porch room
- well connected: Tottenham Hale Station (13 min walk) - Bruce Grove OG (8 min walk)
- quiet, residential area, close to Tottenham marshes

About us:
We’re three friends in our late 20s/early 30s who know each other originally from uni. Have been living here the last two years. Two of us, Rory and Jess, are off to stay with family for a summer rent reprieve, so you'll be living with Tiggy. Some things about her…
