- Northumberland Park– approx. 10-minute walk
- Tottenham Hale – approx. 15-minute walk
- Bruce Grove – approx. 10-minute walk
- Bus stop at the end of the road

The Rooms:
- Both are good-sized double rooms
- The larger room is currently used as a living room but will be furnished with a double bed before move-in


The Property:
- Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, cooker, etc.)
- Shared bathroom
- Access to a garden
- Live-in female landlord (quiet and respectful household)

Who we’re looking for:
- Clean, considerate, and respectful tenant

House guidelines:
- No smoking indoors (garden use is fine)
- No loud music or parties
- Occasional guests are fine, but not on a frequent or overnight basis
