Hi! We're subletting a double room with a bonus studio space in our Seven Sisters house, 7th to 24th August (slightly flexible).
£750pcm including bills. Big, bright room with built-in wardrobes, plus a separate studio you could use as a painting space, office, or dressing room.
The house is huge for London: cosy living room, modern kitchen with island, conservatory, three bathrooms, utility room, back garden, and storage room for bikes and luggage.
You'd be living with us (Tara and Aisha, late 20s/early 30s) and our two friendly cats, Squirrel and Max.
15 min walk to Seven Sisters station, close to Tottenham Hale and Bruce Grove, good bus links, and a great corner shop and Tesco/Sainsbury's nearby.
