Homely, creative three bed house in Tottenham

Seeking two creative or artistic housemates for a friendly, very homely and spacious house in Seven Sisters, Tottenham.

The big selling point is the location. It’s a 12 minute walk to Seven Sisters for the Victoria line, and about 10 minutes to Bruce Grove for the Weaver line, so getting around London is really easy.

There’s also a corner shop and a tasty Italian spot right at the bottom of the road, plus a bigger world foods market really nearby. A few minutes away is The Palm, a lovely cosy pub that’s perfect for a quiet drink.

I’m looking for people who want a calm, welcoming home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Somewhere we can all contribute to making the house feel nice, while also keeping on top of the less glamorous stuff like cleaning and upkeep.

Friends are always welcome and I’m very open to people having people over, but it’s definitely not a party house. We’re all getting old ha.

Extra points if you have any furniture, lamps, trinkets, art or other lovely bits and pieces, as some of the cute things are leaving with the current housemates.

I make music too, so it would be lovely to live with other creative people and hopefully collaborate, make things and generally inspire each other.
