Lovely room for rent in Tottenham from around 1st June until 5th September.

The room contains a double bed and has lots of storage and wardrobe space as well as in-built shelves. It also comes with bedside table, desk, desk chair, ordinary chair and shelving unit, though you can choose for any furniture to be removed from the room if wanted.

The room is in a large four bedroom house with two shared bathrooms, living room, spacious kitchen-dining area (with dishwasher and washing machine) and back patio.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, near high street shops and supermarkets, with excellent transport links:
- 10 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale tube and train station
- 5 minutes walk from Bruce Grove station
- 5 minutes walk from night buses to Central and East London

You would be living with three clean, considerate, friendly guys.

Rent is £520 (all bills included ― gas, electricity, council tax, water and broadband).
