Spacious Double Room

I am leaving my spacious double rooms in Tottenham. It is an easy commute to London Liverpool Street, and to the Victoria Line, with 24 bus routes to and from the city.

The flat: The flat is on the first and second levels of a Victorian maisonette. There is a huge shared living and dining area with a bay window, a separate bathroom and WC, and a new kitchen with an induction range. We have a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Both rooms on offer come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a desk and chair, and drawer unit, and have large, sunny windows.

Location: 3 minute walk to the overground station, 7 minute walk to a HUGE Sainsbury's, 6 minute walk to Bruce castle park, 15 minute walk to Lordship Recreation Grounds, and a 10 minute bus ride to Woodgreen Central.

Your flatmates: Chitsi is 27 and works in TV, so she is in and out of the house at odd hours. She loves to cook up fancy meals, and is usually pretty generous when it comes to sharing them ;)

Victoria is 33 and works as a primary school teacher. She works from home some evenings, but loves to socialize with grownups after long days with the kids, and also loves to bake.

New flatmate preferences: We all tend to spend quite a bit of time together ordering takeaway and watching crappy TV, so relatively social but tidy and respectful professionals are preferred.

Bills including council tax, TV license, internet and cable, gas, and electric generally come to about 100. 00 a month each or less.
