I am looking for a gay friendly professional person who will have respect for the property that we share, take equal responsibility for domestic chores and respect for privacy.

The rent will be £900 per calendar month all-inclusive of bills and a deposit of one month's rent. The deposit will be refunded on leaving, however, if there is any damage that has to be taken into account, then this will be reflected in your deposit. I'm happy to spread the deposit cost if required.

Local amenities:

Sainsbury's and The Gym, are just a two-minute walk away.
The area is also under regeneration. Therefore, will shortly benefit from having more Cafes, restaurants, leisure facilities and cinema.

Transportation links are:

White hart lane overline train
Tube & overline train at Tottenham Hale
Overline train at Northumberland Park and Meridian Water Station

There is also access to several buses at Northumberland Park and Tottenham High Road that can take you to Wood Green and Seven sister underground station.
