Double room in Tottenham

We have a large double room with a king size bed to let near White Hart Lane. Open to short and long term lets. Couples considered but rent would increase to £900 per month all included.

The flat is in a newly built development on the 11th floor, offering great views of London.

The flat is an 8 minute walk to White Hart Lane station which provides a direct line to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes. Alternatively it's a 4 minute journey on the overground to the Victoria line, which gets you to kings cross in 10 minutes.

The room comes furnished* and you'd have use of a shared bathroom, kitchen and dining and living spaces (with sky tv and broadband).

You'd be sharing with two professional women, we usually like to chill out at home on weeknight evenings often watching tv or a film. Then heading out and about on weekends. You would be welcome to hang out with us or just do your own thing.

We'd be looking for someone who's tidy, considerate and respectful of our new home. Someone who's friendly and easy going. We are not a party flat, so if you’re looking to bring the party home, then we’re probably not the place for you!
