Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share. The appartment is a two bed flat on the second floor in a modern estate (Hale Village) There's a 24h gym (£20pm no contract) a retail park just across the road and great overground and tube connections (Victoria Line) I'm a quiet person who works full-time so I would expect the same from my lodger. I'm also a part-time photograher so I might have the occasional client over the weekend. I don't drink or smoke and I don't bring parties over. If you are a tidy and quiet person then this is a place for you. The room is a big double with a king size bed and huge wardrobe.
