The location of this flat is quite convenient, 2mins walk to the Tottenham hale underground and railway station, and bus station with 5 more bus lines. 5mins walk to a commercial centre, which has Lidl/Poundland/Iceland/ASDA/Bo ots/Burgerking/KFC and more shops. And there is a Tesco just downstairs.

The whole building has security and you can call the reception for service if you need repair or consult. All the people in this building are students in London, from all around the world. So you can have friends easily if you want.

My room is an ensuite(has an independent bathroom and toilet), about 10 square meters, fully furnished, has a little balcony with two windows. There are a 1.2 meters bed, a wardrobe, two cupboards and a desk. High-speed wifi. All the bills include.

The kitchen is for public use, you can use that but please clean it after cooking and carry the garbage back to your room. You may share this kitchen with 3 to 5 other flatmates.

If you willing to stay here for long, I can transfer my contract to you, so you can live here to the last day of this contract and you can continue booking if you want.
