Clean, homely double bedroom, £500/month per room

My flatmates and I are looking for a fourth person to take on the available double room in our house in January.

Rent is £500 + bills. We’re looking for a young professional who is clean, tidy and friendly.

Rent is paid every 24th of the month and bills at the beginning of the month.

Our house is in Tottenham N17. 10/15 min walking distance from Tottenham Hale station (Victoria line 15 min to Kings cross). Or a 10 min bus ride to Seven Sisters (13 min to Kings Cross). Or a 7 min walk to Northumberland Park rail station (14 min to stratford).

About us:

We are three young professionals working in advertising, retail and hospitality management.

We all have our lives but do tend to share BBQs in the summer or a cup of tea in the kitchen from time to time. We are clean and tidy and expect the same. We are not looking for any party animals, rather someone who is looking to make this their home.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It is on the first floor and looks out onto the back garden - quite quiet.
