You'll be living with me and my girlfriend in our artsy penthouse on the 8th floor of a fresh new development in Tottenham Hale - overlooking a canal and a 5-minute walk from the station.
AREA
🍃Area surrounded by canal and marshes for long walks and bike rides
The area is very residential, away from the noise and surrounded by nature. At the back of the building, there is a canal that goes to Hackney Wick, and Tottenham Marshes which are amazing for running, cycling, or picnics.
Downstairs there is an Italian independent grocery/coffee shop that functions as a cafe during the day and as a wine bar on weekends - wonderful wine & food selection and yummy breakfast.
Tesco Express and an Asda are 3 min walking from the flat, and at 5 min walk you have Tottenham Hale retail park (LIDL, Boots, TK max, Currys, B&Q)...

THE PENTHOUSE
The house is spacious and full of light, we have double-glazed big windows all around.
Your room comes with a standard double bed and a double-sided mirrored wardrobe storage. There's also an extra wooden shelf if you need to store books/ belongings.
The house is really warm as it is located in a new development that has new heating.
It's all newly decorated; we've been living here for 6 years and have put a lot of love into making it cosy, artsy and homely.
We have an ensuite room and you will have access to the main toilet right in front of your room. There is a fantastic outdoor space you can access from the living room to enjoy some sun when London allows.
Rent is £ 1300 p/m and this includes council tax, bills (water, energy and gas) , fibre broadband, and cleaner.
The minimum contract is 3 months - with the possibility of having it extended. The deposit is 650 GBP.
We have a cleaner coming every other week. We keep the space clean as we go - we like a clean and tidy home ☺️ We also expect everyone to clean after themselves and leave areas as they’d like to find them.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who makes a little use of the kitchen. We mainly WFH so we prefer someone having any sort of full-time job/study with an outside-house schedule (9-5, late shifts, weekend work).
There is little storage in the house, so the room will be the only place to keep your belongings.
It is a quiet house, we work a lot, and in the evenings we like to relax, so we are looking ideally for someone quiet, with a social life outside of the house predominantly.
ABOUT US
Both Italians, living in London since 10 years.
I’m 36, I work for a city-making practice and my girlfriend (32) works as a jewellery designer, making some prints and artwork in her spare time.
We are both into art, cooking, and travel and we do listen to lots of records/music.
Viewings are already taking place.
