🚆 Location-wise, you’re five minutes walk from Tottenham Hale tube (24 hours Thursday to Sunday) which will get you to King’s Cross in 12 minutes or Oxford Street in 15. The station is also served by Greater Anglia, which gets you to Stratford in around five minutes and Liverpool Street in a little over 10 - or Stansted Airport in the opposite direction. Meanwhile, Blackhorse Road with direct Overground links to west London including Gospel Oak for Hampstead Heath is a 15-minute walk away. There’s secure underground bike storage should that be your means of transport.

🌳 ☕️ The flat is beside Tottenham Marshes and the sprawling Walthamstow Wetlands as well as the River Lee Navigation, with the tow path leading down to Hackney Wick. And opposite the flat is a superb coffee shop and wine bar. There are two supermarkets within a three-minute walk as well as a large and reasonably priced gym. And Beavertown Brewery and other tap rooms are just a hop and skip across the road. It’s a great all-round location. It's peaceful but with plenty on the doorstep.

📺 The kitchen/living space has comfy furnishings and a large TV connected to streaming services. The kitchen has all the equipment you could need. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine with an in-built tumble dryer.

💵All bills including high-speed hyperoptic internet and council tax come to a flat rate of £200 payable each month upfront with rent. Reasonable use limits apply to electric.
