The building is 2 minute walk from the Tottenham Hale Tube Station on Victoria line which is 10 minutes from King's Cross, 12 minutes from Warren Street (Brock Street office) and 15 minutes from Oxford Circus.

The national rail gets you Stratford and Liverpool Street in 10 minutes and there is direct train to Stansted Airport as well. There is a Tesco and a gym right next to the apartment building and big retail park 5 minutes away.

The building has a beautiful Sky Terrace (11th floor) with views of Wetlands and Tottenham stadium and a lounge which can be booked for private parties or meetings for free.

The flat is fully functional with 2 TVs, internet, fully set up kitchen will all the Indian Masalas and utensils (including pressure cooker) and a cleaner who comes once in 2 weeks.

I'm the owner, so there is no landlord/letting agency business but it also means it won't be a regular tenancy agreement that you will sign. I love Desi parties, Biryani and non veg food in general and if you like Shahrukh Khan, Liverpool Football club or Football we may have a great time as flatmates.
