3 bedroom flat, with spacious living room, dining space, bathroom and kitchen.

Located just behind Tottenham Hale station (5 minute walk away) -Victoria underground line (10 minutes to King’s Cross ) and national rail with 10 minute train to Westfield Stratford, 15-20 minute trains to Liverpool Street, and Stansted express.

The room you would be renting includes a double bed, cupboard, desk and a wardrobe. Please note clothing rail as shown in images doesn’t come with room but is a great alternative for extra storage if that’s something you would want to purchase yourself. The large windows give the space lot’s of natural light + sunsets are gorgeous from this height.

Kitchen includes microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher and washing machine. You will have your own cupboard space and fridge/freezer shelf. Plus a shared fridge shelf and drawer.

Large bathroom with a shower/bath- with removable shower head. Shelf to store your bathroom items.

Living room has two double sofa beds, which is great for when we have guests. Tv included, with big coffee table. Floor to ceiling windows which open fully, to create balcony effect. Dining section with dining table and chairs.

There is also cupboard space, where we store vacuum, toiletries, drying racks etc

We have secure bike storage at the flat, and live a 5 minute walk or 1 minute cycle from the canal towpaths with great access to the walthamstow wetlands/marshes and cycle paths for commuting!

We also have a retail park a 5 minute walk up the road with lots of shops to name a few - lidl, boots, Asda living, iceland, JD plus others.

Anytime fitness, The Gym group, Starbucks, Greg’s & Pret are all within 5 minute walk from the flat, we also have a few lovely independent coffee shops + pubs in the local area.

About us:
We are two young professionals (female + male, aged 24 & 26). I work as a content strategist and my flatmate works as a QA Software Enginer and Music Producer.

We are a social flat and like to spend time together in the living area watching telly /having a catch up. We both love to read and share books which you would be welcome to as well (see pictures for our packed bookshelf) We enjoy socialising but also understand the importance of personal space.

We are happy to rent out the room to anyone provided we feel we will get along & will help keep the space clean, tidy & calm, please note we are on the 10th floor and so this would not best suit a smoker!
