Looking for a flatmate to move into the ensuite King bedroom of our three bed flat at the Gessner Apartments. There are two law students (1 boy, 1 girl) currently living in the flat, both 28 year, and we are looking for a flatmate around our age who would enjoy navigating a busy lifestyle and going-out on occasion. It is a spacious, open-plan living area with a newly fitted kitchen and balcony. There is a communal gym downstairs with a large sitting area and cafe (perfect for WFH). There is a rooftop with BBQ's and a private dining room that can be rented. A 2 minute walk to the Tottenham Hale station where there is access to the Victoria Line and overground, 15-min to central London. Water/electricity/council tax (Band E) not included.
