This house is clean and tidy and all the housemates are polite, considerate and clean/tidy young professionals. They are looking for a like-minded new addition to the household.

AREA:
Very peaceful road very close to a park, 10mn walk from the very good Tottenham Retail Park (Lidl/ Asda, B&Q, Halfords and many more) and 5mn walk from the High Road with many other shops.
Proximity to the Lea Valley Park with its rivers and lovely walks. Featured on the photos.

THE ROOM:
Located on the first floor, furnished with a double bed ( good quality mattress), a wardrobe, good chest of drawers, a desk and a small bedside table.

THE HOUSE/ Amenities
Modern decor, Good kitchen equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, a washing machine and over/hob. and a small table+chairs.
Lovely garden to chill out in the hot days.
There are 2 full bathrooms in the house.

THE LANDLADY:
Professional with 20+ years experience, member of the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association), operates 100% legally and is very efficient when it comes to maintenance issues. Existing housemates will vouch for this.

Rent is inclusive of all the utilities and broadband. Also you will get the benefit of a cleaning lady coming once a week.
