I’m moving out from my room in the amazing apartment block The Sessile, 2 mins walk from Tottenham Hale station (30mins into Victoria/ 15mins to Liverpool Street) a lidl and other shops, Walthamstow wetlands and much more.

The room:
Perfect for couples or individuals, king size ottoman bed, built in double wardrobe, bed side tables and set of draws. Plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. The room has its own private balcony that overlooks the courtyard and there is also a lush en suite with large shower, loads of cabinet space for toiletries, and a heated towel rack. There is also a separate storage cupboard in the hallway which is big enough to fit a whole clothes rail and more.

Rest of the flat:
It is a 3 bed flat with another king size room and a smaller room which is used as an office/place for friends to stay over from time to time. Massive open plan communal lounge and kitchen which is fully furnished and the housemates have made it feel very homely.
The kitchen has lots of storage, large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. We also have a second communal balcony which overlooks a park and is great when friends come over for drinks etc.

Outside of the flat, the apartment block also comes with a gym with loads of equipment and is never busy! A roof terrace, ping pong room with 100s of vinyls to play, co working space and yoga studio. There is a free fitness class in the gym every Wednesday and the property management set up resident events from time to time like wine and cheese nights!

Housemates:
both 28, Dora works as a graphic designer and James works in strategy. They have a lovely cat, Luna, who you will also be joining. They work in the office 2-3 days per week and we also run a sustainable fashion business together in the evenings and weekends. They eat a plant-based diet (with some fish occasionally) and enjoy cooking at home with our current flatmates in the evening.

We really love living in our flat and we want to find some flatmates who love it just as much as us. If you like cooking, like cats, are sociable and you want to move into a property with a sense of community drop us a message!

Superfast wifi costs £30 / month between the flat, and other bills (water, council tax Band E, energy and heating) come to about £350-£400 for the flat (so about £100 each). Deposit is around £2000.

The current tenancy runs until February 2025, and there is definitely scope to renew if all goes well

Move in is earliest mid-June, but waiting for our flatmates to confirm their move out before we can get an exact date
