House in north London to sub let

We are subletting our entire house for July till August 10th.
Our house is perfect for a couple. The second bedroom is converted to a two-desk study. We commute frequently between Cambridge and central London, and proximity to Tottenham Hale station is ideal for this. Thanks to the Victoria line central London is only 30m away. The living room and kitchen are great for hosting, and we have a large kitchen table too, but the garden takes the cake -- as early as March we often eat lunch out back. Tottenham has many great pubs (including great pub deals) and there is one especially nice coffee shop just down the block that we frequent whenever working from home. As for parks Downhills is 10 minutes to the West, Bruce Castle is 10 minutes to the North and Tottenham marshes 10 minutes to the East.
