Sadly my flatmate is looking to move back to her home because of an emergency, so this is very last minute.

I am 26 full time graphic designer (🇬🇷 / 🇦🇱 ) sharing the room with my boyfriend. I am looking for a girl around the same age that we can be friends and hang out together, hopefully a similar chilled vibe (pilates/yoga, podcasts, netflix, on a health journey, wine & cheese) not a party household.
The building also has a lounge area which can be booked for free for any events. Or generally hung out there etc.
The rent per tenant would be £1200
Bills around £100 per month
Council tax around £100 per month
