Double room in new build with it's own bathroom

Hello!

I've been living in this amazing flat for over 4 months now and I am absolutely loving it. My current housemate is moving out to his new flat (that he bought, big celebration time) so I am on a lookout for a new person to share home with me.

I am a social and chill person who wants to share a home with likeminded person that would enjoy chats, meals and occasional drink together. I am usually working from home and generally I spent quite a lot of time here. Clean and cozy home is a top priority for me.

The room available is large with a big wardrobe and the bathroom with bathtub that I wouldn't use since I have my en suite bathroom. We have big living room, lovely kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, all the usual stuff and also rooftop and working spaces on two floors as well as a gym. There are yoga classes every Saturday morning and gym class on Wednesdays.

Bills come to around £178 - this includes cleaner that comes every 2 weeks for 3 hours, then we just have to stay on top of it which is very easy. The place is always in top shape. Me and my housemate shared cost of laundry detergents, cleaning products and coffee and it was making life easy. There's a Nespresso coffee machine, he will be taking it but I'll replace it unless you have one already!

The deposit is one time nonrefundable payment of £175 (there's also an option for typical deposit but I think this is easier)
