i'm sadly moving out of costa del tottenham at the end of this month, so looking for someone to take over my (quite big) double room. it's about 4-5 mins walk from the station for victoria line into central london and beyond as well as national rail to stratford/liverpool street, has lots of buses that run into stoke newington and dalston, and is walking distance to the marshes.
room is unfurnished but i have a bed frame/mattress/chest of drawers/bedside table that i can leave for £150 all in if you would like (they're all only 2 years old!).
shared living/kitchen space with a gorgeous little garden that gets VERY hot in the summer as it's something of a sun trap.
1 cute black cat included, 3 very lovely housemates who work in a mix of places (NHS, publishing house and an artist!).
£700 a month plus bills, deposit is £633.
