Hello! we have a spacious room available in a two-bedroom apartment located right in the vibrant heart of Tottenham Hale. The monthly rent is set at £1020. The building offers complimentary Wi-Fi, but council tax, electricity, and hot water costs will be additional. The move-in date is flexible, but ideally we would like someone to move in by the end of September. The lease will end at the beginning of September next year.

The room is fully furnished, featuring a king-sized bed, a dresser, bedside tables, and a generous built-in wardrobe. It enjoys plenty of afternoon sunlight and boasts beautiful views of the nearby wetlands and park. The apartment comes with free access to a fully equipped gym, three communal rooftop terraces and multiple work-from-home spaces. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and some barbecues that are available to rent for parties or summer bbqs.

The flat is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station, providing access to both the Underground and Overground services, including the Victoria Line and a direct train to Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport. Additionally, it’s only a 5 minute stroll to Tottenham Hale Retail Park, where you can find Tesco, Asda, Lidl. There’s also a couple of fantastic pubs nearby with beer gardens and affordable craft beer.
