Building itself is very nice and gives you a luxurious feel. With gym, roof terrace, common working space, weekly yoga and boxing sessions. (All included in the rent)

About the flatmate : Lovely girl with absolutely great vibes. Respects individuals personal space and mostly occupied with her own stuffs.
Biils : Council Tax + wifi is included in the rent.
Electricity usually comes 100-130 per month so.
In total - 1350 -1375 pp.
Deposit : either reposit scheme (350 £ ) which is non refundable and can be split between two. Or a 5 weeks deposit which is refundable.
Availability : from 1st of Oct.
Tenancy length : Minimum 12 months.
