Hi! Looking for a new flatmate for my two bed, two bathroom flat in the Gessner, Tottenham Hale.

Flat Facilities:
The en-suite double room will be available from the end of November onwards. The space is fully furnished, though in comparison to the photos, it’s likely I’ll be making some improvements to the furniture in the interim period once my current flatmate moves out; happy to discuss this a little more in person if we meet.
The flat is open plan with the living room and kitchen space connected to a large balcony with a seating area. The living room features a large tv while the kitchen has a dishwasher alongside all the usual amenities you’d expect.

Additional Apartment Features:
On the top floor, there is a large roof terrace (with a barbeque and stereo system) connecting to a kitchen/hosting space and workspace.
There is also bike storage, a gym, communal back-entrance garden, a second workspace, a coffee shop and a 24-hour concierge service.
Generally, the space usually has a range of stuff on offer for you to get involved with, such as yoga, running club, talks, crafting etc.

Location Details:
We’re only a two-minute walk from Tottenham Hale, which is very handy for transport routes via bus, train or tube. As examples, it’s approx. 20 minutes to Oxford Circus via the Victoria Line, and a similar duration to Liverpool Street via train.

What I’m Looking For:
I primarily work in central, though usually work from home 1/2 days a week, so ideally looking for someone with a relatively similar set-up there.
In my downtime, I’m usually weightlifting, climbing or generally making the most of the city with friends (museums/galleries/gigs/dj-sets/parks/cinema etc.). I do have a PS5 and Switch, so am partial to a bit of gaming too!
I’d like to think I’m chilled and very easy to live with, so I’m looking for someone with similar values, who also wants the space they live in to feel as welcoming, tidy, and generally as comfortable as possible for us both to be sharing. Cliché, I know.

Additional Contract Info:
For peace of mind, the process of setting up the contract (e. g. background checks, terms and conditions) will be managed by the Way of Life team, who manage the Gessner. My contract for the space is currently for another 10 months, but length of your contract can be flexible should you need it to be.
Not including bills, the cost will be £1217.50 a month, though unlimited broadband is included with the flat. Council tax is band D.
My previous flatmate co-parented a dog, so I’m happy to consider pets too!
