I’m looking for a flatmate (women only) to move in to my modern flat in Tottenham Hale around mid-December, as my lovely sister will be moving in with her fiancé. You would have your own bathroom to yourself and would be sharing common spaces with me ☺️

Location and amenities
A couple of minutes walk from the station (Victoria and National Rail) - there is a 15 minute train to London Liverpool Street and to Westfield Stratford, and 10 minutes to Kings Cross on the Victoria line. The flat is 5 minutes walking distance from shops like Lidl, Boots and Asda. A new yoga studio has just opened 2 minutes away and the flat has an amazing gym, car park and 24 hrs concierge service. The Walthamstow Wetlands are a short walk away.

Rent
The rent is £1495 per month and bills come out to approx £190 per month each (including council tax, water, electricity and gas.)

The flat
The room is fully furnished with an inbuilt wardrobe and heaps of storage space (including under the bed). You would just need to get a desk to work from home. The flat is has modern appliances and refurbishments, as well as a spacious balcony which is great for outdoor summers!
