All educated at degree level, quiet and respectful, clean. They are seeking a like-minded addition to the household. This is NOT a party-house.
THE LANDLADY:
Professional with 20+ years experience, operates 100% legally and is very efficient with maintenance issues. The house complies with all the Current Health and safety regulations. It is registered as an HMO with the Council.
Rent is inclusive of all the utilities and broadband. Also you will get the benefit of a cleaning lady coming normally once a week.
AREA:
Very peaceful road, close to the lovely Downhill park, 10mn walk from the Tottenham Retail Park (Lidl/ Asda, B&Q, Halfords and many more) and 5mn walk from the High Road with many other shops.
Proximity to the Lea Valley Park with its rivers and lovely walks and cycling lanes.

- No smoking (inside or outside) and ZERO tolerance for drugs.
- The room is available from the end of April. Please indicate when you could move in.
VIEWINGS: By arrangement, generally after 6.30 pm in the week or more flexible times at weekends.
