Hi! I’m subletting my cosy double bedroom in a spacious 2 bed flat in Tottenham Hale, just a 5 minute walk to the station (Victoria line, national rail, buses). I’ll be away home for the holidays from December 15th through January 14th and am looking for a fem sublet in their 20s for that entire timeframe, who will treat my room with consideration! I share the flat with two friendly sisters who are in an out, but likely you’ll have the space to yourself for most of the time.

The room has a double bed with a large desk, wardrobe, and plenty of my books (feel free to read!). You’ll also have a private but separate bathroom that comes with a bathtub. The flat also has a shared kitchen/living area with modern appliances, comfy couch, cute plants, fast wifi, juliet balcony, and a washer/dryer unit.

Flat is on the 3rd floor in a secure apartment building with concierge to collect parcels, the building has a balcony/lounge area with views towards Stratford, and a basement bin room. Overall the building is nice and new, good sound insulation, and quiet neighbors!

The Area:

There is a retail park 5mn away with Lidl, Iceland, TK MAXX, Asda, B&Q, Boots. Also right across from the building are both a Tesco and Asda Express and a Gym Group. There’s a lovely cafe nearby, pub, and lots of walking trails along the canal, to the Tottenham and Hackney marshes and the Walthamstow Wetlands. Short bus ride over to Walthamstow with a lovely farmers market at the William Morris Gallery!
