Small single room in superb flat close to public transport (Victoria Line & mainline to Liverpool Street, Stratford & Stansted) with infinite open space on the doorstep.

Small single built under the stairs which has recently been totally refurbished with new floor, furniture and opening window and comes complete with small double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, bedside table and dehumidifier. Comfortable and quiet room.

The flat has every mod con imaginable - high speed wi fi, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, juicer etc and is located right on the River Lea with marshland and open space in all directions and a fabulous sun trap balcony to admire it from.

Flatmates tend to stay as this is a comfortable, friendly place to live - the one moving out has been here for 5 years, the other one 3 years.

You should be gay or gay friendly, and more importantly like dogs as Roxy is really in charge. Would be helpful if you don't mind doing the occasional dog walk when I am out. Photos of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom etc are available as is a short video of the room.
