The bedroom comes with a double bed, a dresser and some hanging space for your clothing. Bedding and towels are provided if desired.
The house has an open plan dining/living room with separate kitchen. It’s a comfortable lounge and dining area, which you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. There's also a nice little garden.
All bills are included, but there is no broadband (I have no need for it as I do everything through my phone).
Move-in date has some flexibility if needed.
