Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take the double room in my apartment. My current housemate is moving out because he’s getting married, so I’m on the hunt for someone new to share the place with.

The apartment is really nice, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you'll have your own private bathroom. The living area is open-plan, with a big kitchen and a comfy lounge, plus there’s a balcony with a lovely view of the canal. The room will be unfurnished, except for a wardrobe. The location is super convenient too – just a 3-minute walk to the underground Victoria line and bus stops. There’s also a gym, supermarket, and other shops are just 2 minutes walk, and bigger shopping centers are 7-8 min. There are beautiful walking areas around the canal, and some pubs and coffee houses nearby to relax in. There is car parking and safe parking space for bicycles under the building.

- Rent is paid on 4th of every month
- Deposit £1,153 (government protected scheme)
- Please note: You will need to pass background check with the agency. In order to pass, your yearly income must be above threshold, you will be requested to provide a number of documents (very straightforward process).

ABOUT CURRENT FLATMATE
I’ve been working as a prop maker in the film and TV industry for over 10 years now. I have my own workshop, so I spend most of my weekdays there. On weekends, I like to relax at home, watch movies, read something or I spend my time learning something new. When I’m home on the weekends, I love trying out new recipes and cooking. I just try to spend my time learning something new.
