Located just 5 minutes from Tottenham Hale Station and a stone's throw from the River Lea, this flat offers quick travel into central London via the Victoria line and National Rail to Liverpool Street Station, alongside quick access to the beautiful wetlands and marshes nearby!
Rent is £790. The bills have been between £120-£150, including a fortnightly cleaner. Our Council Tax Band is C.
The flat is on two floors, ground and 1st. We have a:
- A spacious living room perfect for hosting dinners, doing yoga, and relaxing in front of the TV
- lovely south-facing garden, where I have successfully grown tomatoes this summer
- A well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, 2 fridge freezers, as well as appliances like a coffee grinder, Instant Pot, and Air Fryer from the current tenants
The bedroom is a good size, and comes furnished with the following:
- a bed
- 2 sets of drawers
- built-in wardrobe
- A small desk and an office chair, available if you'd like them.
The room is on the 1st floor and is therefore up a flight of stairs.

Scottish Laura, 53, works in hospitality. They're into strength and flexibility training, aerial hoop, and knowing everyone in Tottenham.

We're looking for a friendly vegan to move in with us. We’re planning to renew our contract at the beginning of September, and we hope our new flatmate will stay with us long-term!
