En-Suite Student Room

I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy agreement at North Lodge Tottenham Hale with Unite Students. Move in anytime until 14th September. The check out date is 14th of September 2025. Happy to consider shorter term and flexible dates.
The only condition is that you must be a full time student.
Extremely convenient location:
- 6mins walk to Tottenham Hale tube station and train station
- 10mins walk to Lidl and the Tottenham retail park
- 3mins walk to Tesco Express and Asda Express
- 3 mins walk to The Gym
Lots of green spaces nearby including Walthamstow Wetlands (10min walk).
You will have access to:
- Room with en-suite bathroom
- Shared kitchen and lounge
- Communal room and communal outdoor space
- Reception with Unite staff to help you if needed
- Bills included
The room has a ¾ bed, loads of storage space, desk, chair, full-length mirror etc. Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet and a mirror. The only shared facilities are the kitchen/lounge. A few people in the flat don't cook much; when I cook I usually have the whole kitchen to myself.
Your nine flatmates are quiet, friendly and clean. Overall the flat has 10 rooms.
